Ben NielsenBen Nielsen is a freelance videographer and multimedia journalist. He graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in media production, management, and technology in December 2024. He formerly served as the multimedia editor of The Independent Florida Alligator in Gainesville, Florida.
Ben was born in Melbourne, Florida. He graduated from West Shore Jr./Sr. High School in May 2021 with an associate degree from dual enrolling at Eastern Florida State College. |
He has been recognized by the Society of Professional Journalists, receiving second place in the 2023 Sunshine State Awards' best video category.
